Prices charged by the site are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed for a particular order until the User's order has been successfully processed.

Damaged goods [TOP]

We will replace damaged goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. Customise It however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the damage before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost.

Defective goods [TOP]
If a product is deemed to be defective, the warranty conditions (if specified) for that product will apply. Supply of Approval PDF [TOP]
Any PDF proofs supplied for approval to the Client by Customise It must be deleted upon your approval and must not be reproduced. Reproduction is breach of copyright ownership to Customise It & Just Say Ah Graphic Design.

Approval [TOP]
The Client’s approval to commence is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Liability [TOP]
Customise It can not be held liable for any errors on finished posters or magazines arising from a Client’s approval to proceed.

Supply [TOP]
Customise It shall supply flat (not framed or mounted) posters or magazine artworks.

Our 'raincheck' [TOP]
If Customise It has sold out of an advertised line, we will happily issue you a 'raincheck'. As soon as new stock arrives, this assures you of being able to buy the original item (or a comparable product) at the advertised price. Naturally, this cannot apply to the items that have been advertised as 'limited' or 'discounted'.

Change of mind [TOP]
We do not offer a change of mind return policy. Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. In the event of a cancellation Customise It MUST be contacted within 24 hours of the order being placed or compensation for work completed and any expenses incurred shall be paid by the Client.

Quotations [TOP]
We do give written quotations if requested. We must emphasise however, that prices are subject to confirmation at time of order. This is because there are many factors impacting on our prices that are beyond our control, and therefore beyond our responsibility.

Cancellation [TOP]
In the event of a cancellation of an assignment Customise It MUST be contacted within 24 hours of the order being placed or, compensation for work completed and any expenses incurred, shall be paid by the Client. 

Gift Certificate [TOP]
Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Copyright [TOP]
We cannot recreate ‘real’ movie posters or magazine cover titles as they are copyright protected, however we may be able to give you a close reproduction in the genre of the movie poster you like. We reserve the right to change colours and layouts of designs to enhance your finished product. Any threatening, obscene, pornographic or privacy infringement material will not be processed.

Customise It is committed to supporting the national Privacy Principles which set clear standards for the collection, use, storage and access of personal information which is obtained as part of business operations. To process your order we require certain information from you, e.g. your address. Payments for Movie Posters [TOP]
The client agrees to pay a 50% deposit on commencement of any project with the balance due on final approval. Any supplied material shall be received prior to commencement of work along with your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment for Magazine Covers and DVDs [TOP]
The client agrees to pay in full on commencement of any project through the website payment gateway. Any supplied material shall be received prior to commencement of work.

Out-of-pocket expenses [TOP]
The Client’s approval shall be obtained for any increases in fees or expenses that exceed the original estimate before proceeding. Any expenses incurred due to changes in specifications or any unforeseen requirements after commencement require additional approval and will be passed on by Customise It to the final invoice.

Default of Payment – Movie Posters [TOP]
A 5% weekly service charge is payable on all overdue balances as stated by issued invoice. The client shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment.

Freight Charges & Shipping – Within Australia + New Zealand [TOP]
Orders are sent via Australia Post service. Bulk Orders will be quoted. There is no gst charged on freight.

DVDs [TOP]
All deliveries are made via Australia Post. Standard delivery is $4.95 for the first DVD, for each additional DVD orderedpostage is $2.95 per DVD.

We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 21 days for delivery.

We attempt to let you know before you order if a product is temporarily out of stock. However, occasionally the supplier may run out of a product that is usually in stock. If this occurs, we will do everything we can to get the product to you as soon as possible. If there will be an extended delay, we will attempt to notify you and seek your instructions.

Magazine Covers [TOP]
All deliveries are made via Australia Post. Standard delivery is $4.95 for the first magazine cover, for each additional cover ordered postage is $2.95 per cover.

Additional Postage Insurance [TOP]
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods leave our warehouse. Our order form allows you to elect to have the goods insured against loss in transit at your cost - otherwise loss of goods in transit is at your own risk. Registered Post (insured) is OPTIONAL and is an additional $2.80 per item.

Outside Australia [TOP]
We do not offer our services outside of Australia.

Design Credit [TOP]
The Client agrees to allow Customise It & Just Say Ah Graphic Design to place a small credit on the posters and magazine covers. This will be in the form of a small logo or line of text and phone contact placed towards the bottom of the page. The Client also agrees to allow Customise It & Just Say Ah Graphic Design to place work on their own website for self promotional purposes.

Ownership of Artwork [TOP]
Customise It & Just Say Ah Graphic Design shall retain ownership of all original working digital files/source/finished artwork files.

Modifications [TOP]
Any modification made by the client of the assignment must be by written email authorising payment of associated fees or expenses pertaining to this.

Changes / Authors to Movie Posters [TOP]
A total of (1) one 60 minute allocation for Client corrections/authors are included. The Client shall be responsible for making additional payments for changes requested to the original assignment if changes/authors exceed this allocation.

Special purchases [TOP]
New items are continually being added to our range to cater for as wide a range of needs as possible. A great deal of effort is put into searching for new products. For this reason, it is impossible for us to purchase special items for individual customers outside our normal range. However, we maintain a 'products asked for' log and if demand is sufficient for any particular item, we will investigate the viability of stocking that item.
