DVDs
Can more than one person be featured in Customise It cartoon adventures? [TOP]
Customise It photo-personalised cartoon adventure DVD’s have been developed and designed to be personalised for only one star.
What will the star be wearing in the DVD? [TOP]
Some of our titles are created for both boys and girls. In those titles the star will be wearing a gender-neutral costume. In the titles created specifically for either boys or girls, the costume will be gender appropriate.
For what ages are Customise It photo-personalised cartoon adventures most appropriate? [TOP]
Customise It cartoon adventures are recommended for ages 2 and up. Can I order Customise It photo-personalised cartoon adventures for an adult? Yes! Children and adults can star in their own movie! We will accept orders for ages 2 to 100.
Can greetings be placed in the beginning of Customise It cartoon adventures? [TOP]
We do not put greetings at the beginning of the DVD.
How will the child's name and face be used to personalise the products? [TOP]
The star’s name and face appears on the screen in the movie introduction and of course the star’s face will appear over and over throughout the DVD as the main character in all our cartoon adventures.
What do you do with my uploaded image? [TOP]
Any uploaded digital images sent to us for online purchases, will be deleted from our system within 60 days of when your goods were ordered.
How much will delivery cost? [TOP]
All deliveries are made via Australia Post. Standard delivery is $4.95 for the first dvd, for each additional dvd ordered postage is $2.95 per DVD.
Insurance / Registered Post [TOP]
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods leave our warehouse. Our order form allows you to elect to have the goods insured against loss in transit at your cost - otherwise loss of goods in transit is at your own risk. Registered Post (insured) is OPTIONAL and is an additional $2.80 per DVD.

How secure is my payment online? [TOP]
Customise It ensures that all our customers can shop with complete confidence online. To maximise security, our website does not hold any customer's details. All online transaction details are entered straight into Pay Pal Australia’s Secure Payment System which features 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, keeping security at its highest level.

We accept payments via Pay Pal. Direct bank deposit is also available for those who do not have a credit card. Mail orders - Payment methods include Cheque, Money Order, and Direct bank deposit payments.

No, all of our titles are only available in English at this time.

No. Magazine Covers are copyright protected so it is illegal to do this, however I may be able to give you a close reproduction in the genre of the magazine you like.

Can I have more than 1 copy of the same cover? [TOP]
Yes. Additional magazine covers are $12.00 per cover and must be placed at the time of the order.
What is the size of the final cover? [TOP]
20.32 cm x 30.48 cm (or 8x12”) single sided photographic print.
Can you frame the cover for me? [TOP]
We do not frame magazine covers as ordinarily our clients like to choose their own style plus it makes it more cost effective for you if we ship your products by mail tube.
Can I change the text on the magazine to wording that pertains to me? [TOP]
Yes. We encourage you to do so. The idea of the personalised magazine cover is to make it unique to you. You will be able to see which fields you can make changes to by clicking on the magazine cover you are interested in. Please be sure to enter your information exactly how you would like it to appear.

Movie Posters
How long does it take? [TOP]
It varies but most projects are as little as 2-3 weeks. It depends on the project, how quickly we receive your images if you are supplying them or if you decide on a custom shoot. Our posters are tailor-made and of very high quality which can take time however we do our best to get your poster back to you as soon as we can.

No. Movie posters are copyright protected so it is illegal to do this, however I may be able to give you a close reproduction in the genre of the movie poster you like.
Custom Photography Shoot [TOP]
For our Movie Posters we really encourage you to consider a custom photography shoot. We have more control over the environment/lighting and back drop which will give you the best possible outcome. Our prices commence at $110 +gst per family member.
Supplying a photo [TOP]
If you are out-of-state or supplying an image to us we will guide you on the best possible way to take your image and how to send this to us. Obviously a quality image will give a much better reproduction so we will really focus on this with you (pardon the pun)! The quality of the image will determine the outcome.
How do I take a good photo? [TOP]
We will give you instruction on how to ‘stage’ the shot based on the style of movie poster design project agreed on. You will need a high quality digital camera to take a decent image.

How big does the picture need to be? [TOP]
Digital images of 4 megapixels or higher are the BEST size. We need big images as the posters are big sizes. Small images do not produce on large posters and come out dotty, misty and sub-standard. For digital BIGGER IS BETTER.
How do I get my photo to you? [TOP]
These are big files. We can accept emails up to 6Mb or alternatively a CD or DVD mailed to: PO Box 251, Belrose West NSW 2085.
Can you scan a photo? [TOP]
Yes. We have the capability to scan very high quality images. Please contact us for details.
How do I know if I’ll like the poster? [TOP]
We will tailor-make all our posters to your brief. Once we receive the information you would like on your Poster and have created it, you will be emailed a draft PDF for approval before we produce the final Movie Poster.
What material is it printed on? [TOP]
Movie Posters are printed on a beautiful high resolution print onto synthetic paper - just like the Movies!
What is the size of the final poster? [TOP]
Movie Posters start at A2 Size (42 cm x 59.4 cm) however we can produce up to an enormous A0 Size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) which we will quote independently should you require this MIGHTY poster size.
Can I have more than 1 of the same movie poster? [TOP]
Yes. Additional posters are discounted and the price will depend on the size of the print required.
Can I have more than 1 family member on the same movie poster? [TOP]
Yes. Prices per posted quoted independently according to the scope of your project.
Can you frame the poster for me? [TOP]
We do not frame movie posters as ordinarily our clients like to choose their own style plus it makes it more cost effective for you if we ship your products by mail tube.

The client agrees to pay a 50% deposit on commencement of any project with the balance due on final approval.
